Designed for real-world site conditions — low connectivity, multilingual teams, and demanding environments — Saath brings accountability, transparency, and digital traceability to your on-site operations.

━━━ For Supervisors & Engineers ━━━

Raise and Manage Work Tickets
Create structured work tickets from your phone — attach photos, assign categories, and set priority levels. Track the full lifecycle of every issue from open to closed, with timestamped audit trails.

SLA-Aware Issue Tracking
Each ticket is color-coded by urgency and category type. SLA timers ensure critical issues never go unnoticed. The intuitive inbox surfaces what needs your attention, right now.

Digital Evidence & Sign-Off
Capture on-site photo evidence and collect digital signatures directly within a ticket. No paper. No lost records.

━━━ For Workers ━━━

Biometric Identity, Zero Login
Workers never manage usernames or passwords. A quick fingerprint scan identifies the worker at the moment of each action — raising a ticket, signing a closure, or recording attendance.

Site-Bound Kiosk Mode
Shared site devices operate in a session-less kiosk mode, permanently bound to a site. Workers interact, sign, and submit — the device never holds personal data between sessions.

Multilingual Support
The interface supports Marathi, Hindi, and English, with audio narration guiding workers through key flows — designed for teams with low digital literacy.

━━━ Privacy & Compliance ━━━

Jin is built with DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection) Act, 2023 compliance at its core. Biometric data is validated on-device only — no raw fingerprint templates or face embeddings are ever transmitted to or stored on servers. Consent records are maintained with timestamps and are fully auditable.

━━━ Built for the Field ━━━

• Offline-first: Tickets queue locally and sync when connectivity is restored
• High-contrast UI designed for bright sunlight and gloved operation
• Large touch targets meeting accessibility-grade sizing
• Low-bandwidth ready — minimal data footprint for 2G/3G site networks

━━━ Technical Highlights ━━━

• React Native New Architecture (Hermes engine) for fast, reliable performance
• On-device ML inference (TensorFlow Lite) for biometric face embedding
• Firebase push notifications for real-time ticket updates
• R8 code optimisation for minimal app size
