Spam? Can't install and can't delete. No review. Very suspicious. How to delete this app when it is not installed but only downloaded?

It sucks! I don't know how the rating for this app is high. Whenever you try to translate the cry, 9 out of 10, it says "OTHER REASONS" and the description for this so called OTHER REASONS is too generic.
