## Description

DeepCover is an independent cricket analytics app. It covers 27 competitions ball by ball and recomputes what a scorecard never prints: how a batter scores through the phases, how a pair of players actually match up, how a venue really behaves, and the shape of a career across seasons.<br><br>WHAT YOU CAN DO<br><br>Players - full batting and bowling dossiers, season by season, with phase splits and venue records.<br>Leaderboards - rank any competition by the measure you care about, not just runs and wickets.<br>Matchups - what has actually happened when these two have met, including the last five encounters rather than a career average alone.<br>Match Centre - follow a game, then read the numbers behind it.<br>Teams, Venues and Captains - squad records, ground behaviour, and who led.<br>Ask - put a cricket question in plain language and get the number.<br>The Deep Reads - longer pieces built on the same data.<br><br>HOW THE NUMBERS ARE BUILT<br><br>The ball-by-ball record is assembled from open data, from data we purchase from match-data providers, and from published scorecard archives, then re-computed into DeepCover&#39;s own analytics. What DeepCover adds is the recomputation: the phase splits, the matchups, the venue behaviour and the career shapes.<br><br>Every metric is verified against the match record before it ships. Where the record is incomplete, the page marks the era it covers. If the underlying data cannot support a figure, the page says so instead of estimating one. That rule is the product.<br><br>FREE TO READ. The statistics need no account.<br><br>Premium is coming. Nothing is sold in the app today, and no purchase is needed to read any statistic.<br><br>Independent, and built in India. DeepCover is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any cricket board, league or competition organiser.<br><br>Corrections are welcome. If a number here disagrees with the match record, that is a bug and we want to know.
