## Description

Punjab Educare is the official educational app from the Punjab School Education Department, providing free, organized study material—textbooks, video lessons and daily resources—for government school curricula from Nursery to 10+2. Designed to improve accessibility during disruptions like the COVID-19 lockdown, the app is updated daily, supports English/Punjabi/Hindi, and is optimized for Android with secure data handling compliant with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

The Teacher Portal empowers registered teachers and administrators to submit and manage questions, upload curriculum-aligned content, build question banks, generate multilingual certificates, and track approvals and progress through role-based workflows. Built with a Flutter front end and a Laravel backend by BXAMRA in partnership with Punjab Educare, the platform emphasizes security, role-based access, and ease of use.
