DAZ-NET makes it easy for customers to manage their internet services directly from their mobile phones.<br><br>With the DAZ-NET app, customers can:<br><br>- View their internet service package and status.<br>- Check their monthly bill, amount, and due date.<br>- Choose available payment methods.<br>- Copy account or e-wallet numbers with one touch.<br>- Securely upload proof of payment.<br>- Receive notifications when payments are accepted or declined.<br>- View payment history and digital receipts.<br>- Submit complaints about connection, device, billing, or payment issues.<br>- Monitor the status and responses to complaints.<br>- Receive DAZ-NET service announcements and information.<br><br>For field cashiers, the app also provides billing tasks, payment recording, Bluetooth thermal receipt printing, cashier deposits, and offline transaction storage when the network is unstable.<br><br>DAZ-NET — Fast Internet for All.<br><br>Note: Customer or cashier accounts are provided by the DAZ-NET service manager. The app requires an internet connection to synchronize data with the server.
