## Description

The Dataforma 2.0 Chrome extension empowers field employees by enabling real-time access and updates to their Dataforma (DF) information. This streamlined app integrates directly with the main Dataforma system, allowing users to efficiently track and manage service requests from start to finish.

Key features include updating work performed, adding or editing field tickets with signature capture for authorization, searching work orders, projects, buildings, companies, and contacts, and recording labor hours either manually or via clock in/out. Users can also make calls or send emails directly to contacts, view roof plans and aerial building photos, update building photos and areas, and instantly map and get directions to jobsites.

Additionally, employees can take and upload photos with comments directly from the field, review past service requests, and keep clients updated through the customer portal. With GPS tracking, the back office can monitor field workers' locations relative to scheduled work and leads. Note: use requires an active Dataforma subscription.
