Racist view for foreign resident,If you are a resident of Belarus, it doesn’t matter at al for them . They don’t want to register any foreign resident on self site,Even if you live in Belarus for 100 years, they have problems with foreigners. The commission is also very high. It’s not worth it. I don’t recommend it at all.
