| 2025-01-17 |  | | App is not good at all. They took away the tiers; gold, silver, bronze, platinum. That was the only way, besides the payout for donating, the donators got rewarded. And the promo code option is just there for decorations. And promotions are very far and in between. For the pay they give, you would think they would reward their donators better. |
| 2025-01-14 |  | | Has always worked great for me since I've been donating at CSL which has been for quite a substantial amount of time somewhere around 6 years or more. So I would definitely recommend downloading if you donate at CSL, it makes things easier for donors and plus you start to receive points for each donation which you can redeem for cash that goes straight to your card instantly. Which is money you wouldn't be able to get otherwise. The sooner you download the faster you can start building points!!! |

Today was much better than the 8 hours I spent as a new client. Overall I felt welcomed and the process was smooth. I wish @owner there was more LOCATIONS such as Troy and Albany where I travel from each time. |

I have been waiting to be seen for the first time & I got here at 1045 am today Tuesday January 7th & it's already 1138, I have filled out paperwork 3 times, spoken to 3 people who all do same job & say the same thing, they practice blood magic here cedar St lansing, MI |

| 2024-12-26 |  | | App is garbage. Had my phone number changed at least a year ago, was able to change it at the plasma place but now all of a sudden this app wont let me log in. Wrong Credentials, it still has my old number saved and it won't even allow me to use my Donor ID, Email, or new phone number. Might even stop donating after this, annoying and confusing and someone needs to get there stuff straightened out. |
