Pair over Bluetooth, pick a route, and every climb, sprint and<br>  recovery is tracked from the first pedal stroke to the finish line.<br><br>REAL-TIME METRICS<br>Watch speed, cadence, power output, heart rate, incline and elevation gain update live as you ride — alongside distance<br>covered, time elapsed and how much of the route is still ahead of you.<br><br>ROUTES WITH REAL TERRAIN<br>Choose a built-in route or build your own. Every route is made of sections with their own distance and gradient, and the<br>trainer follows the terrain as you move through them. Add an open-ended section when you simply want to keep riding with<br>no finish line.<br><br>PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF<br>Stopped halfway through a route? Continue it later and your distance, time and personal maximums carry straight over.<br>Already finished a route and want more? Continue it in extended mode and keep going with nothing holding you at the<br>finish.<br><br>TRACK EVERY RIDE<br>Every workout is saved in full detail — average and maximum speed, cadence, power and heart rate, plus total distance,<br>elevation gain and ride time. Personal bests are kept per route, so you always know the time to beat.<br><br>BRING YOUR OWN SENSORS<br>Pair a Bluetooth heart rate strap or power meter and the readings appear on the dashboard right next to your trainer&#39;s own<br>data.<br><br>BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU RIDE<br>• Metric and imperial units<br>• Available in English, Spanish, Japanese, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese<br>• Safety key support — pull the key and your workout stops and saves automatically<br><br>COMPATIBILITY<br>EBR is the companion app for the EBR Cycling Trainer and works with FTMS-compatible fitness machines over Bluetooth Low<br>Energy.
