BUILD THE COMBO
Every crystal you smash before the timer on your streak expires pushes the
multiplier higher. Miss, and it's gone. The window tightens as the streak
grows, so a long run is a genuine test of nerve rather than luck.

FEVER TIME
Keep smashing and the gauge fills — or string ten clean taps together and it
lights outright. For nine seconds the whole board turns gold, every point is
worth double, and each tap blasts the ring of crystals around whatever you
hit. Fever stops being a multiplier and becomes a different way to play.

It is earned, not handed out. A strong minute sees it four times; a careless
one barely at all, because a single mistap ends it on the spot.
