NEEDS a "activate my card" feature on the app. Lost/compromised debit card took 28 days to replace,then activation number was incorrect on a Saturday, had to call customer service on Saturday. Automated call options are lengthy..Listen closely as our options have changed, recorded for quality assurance, so many options I didn't need but had to wade thru the sub menus. Frustrating when the bank is closed you're stuck till Monday.

De*****, 2024-09-28This app is ridiculously useless. Half the time it doesn't work with my thumbprint recognition to allow me to make a deposit, which forces me to travel to a branch to do so. I've tried a multitude of times, yet I'm still here, unable to log in to my banking, writing a negative comment. I really doubt that my thumb print has changed overnight.
