## Description

Every musician knows the feeling of rushing or dragging. But it is hard to work on something you can only feel. Play Tight makes your timing visible. 🥁

Good timing has more names than almost anything else in music — tight, steady, locked in, in the pocket, in the groove. They all mean the same thing: your hits land right where the beat is. Play Tight is the timing trainer that shows you how close you get. 🎯

Set a tempo, start the metronome and play along. Every hit you make appears on a live graph just after you played it — to the left of the line if you were early, to the right if you were late. Suddenly your own habits are right there on the screen.

Practice that actually works
Instant feedback is what makes practice effective. Because you see each hit, you can adjust straight away and feel the difference in the very next bar — instead of guessing. A few focused minutes a day can really make a difference.

No headphones. No audio interface. No cables. Just your phone on the table.

What you get
📈 Live visual feedback while you play, hit by hit
🟢 Green dots for tight hits, orange when you drift, red when you are off
↔️ See at a glance whether you rush ahead of the beat or drag behind it
🔥 A streak counter for consecutive tight hits — chase your record
🎚️ Adjustable tempo, with a precise and rock-steady metronome click
📤 Share a screenshot of your result with your band or your teacher

Perfect for
🥁 Drummers who want to see and measure their timing
🎓 Teachers and students who need something objective to look at
🎯 Anyone practicing to a click who wants a rock-solid sense of rhythm

Tips for the best accuracy
• Put the phone's microphone just outside the edge of the table, so the sound does not reflect off the table surface.
• Hit one drumstick against the other — that is what works best, and what gives the highest precision. Other very sharp, percussive sounds usually work well too.

Free, no account, no clutter. Open it and start getting tighter.

Got an idea for the app?
