Updating 2* to 1*. Error: 'Multiple flows fail to continue." Painfully slow to load past tickets, and slow overall. There is no way to select text in existing tickets to copy it. Hope the county isn't paying too much for this IT contact. Original review: Very nice to have this app. Much more efficient AND effective than calling the line. The app isn't perfect and could work faster and have a more clear submission final step, but the automatic location detection from EXIF image data in nice.

Pointless. Trying to get a compost bin, and I cannot submit my request here or online because they want me to out an email address but doesn't provide an area to submit an email address in the form nor is it smart enough to use the email you used to log into the app or website. It keeps rejecting the request until an email is submitted but have no way of complying.

A vehicle that has been reported several times, parked for 6 months with CA tags. MPD and 311 stated that as long as the vehicle had current tags and no flat, it wasn't in violation DMV states that you must register your car with out-of-state tags after 30 days. It's the law. Now all the tires have been stolen, it's sitting on crates, rendering the vehicle dangerous. Using the 311 app with the correct location 6215 Kennedy Street Riverdale MD, it relocates it to New Hampshire Ave

Still having the same problem almost a year later! I guess the county really doesn't care! I have trouble with the app, it won't accept my password, when I chose forgot password, it sends an email with a link that just keeps looping. 4/24/23 - Still having the same problem as above!

Keeps telling me password is invalid. Click on Forgot Password. I do this and it says password reset sent to Customer. Link takes you back to reset password. Says reply to this email then crickets, you hear nothing.

This is a report an issue APP. But they don't fix the issues you report. They tell you the issue is someone else's problem. If the app let's one request school bus stop signage, why is it my responsibility to call the school Administration? That should be the apps job. I suggest the owner/operator re-adjust so that issues that get reported are further forwarded to the proper office by the people who screen the issues.
