## Review summary

Users appreciate the app's offline access and voice features for studying on the go, with synchronization across devices. However, the app suffers from serious login issues that cause repeated loops, frequent crashes, and a poor reading interface that includes problematic page navigation and lack of customization options. Activation and syncing of content via the app is unreliable, forcing some users to revert to the website. Overall, these issues significantly impact usability and frustrate users despite the potential benefits for exam preparation.

### Pros

- Allows offline study by downloading materials.
- Has a voice dictation or auto-read feature useful for multitasking.
- Synchronizes progress, notes, and highlights across devices.
- Provides access to CompTIA study materials in a mobile format.

### Cons

- Frequent and persistent login issues, including looping back to login screen.
- App crashes and instability, especially on certain devices.
- Poor user interface with difficult navigation, unexpected jumps in pages, and lack of customization.
- Limited reading usability due to small font size, awkward zooming, and screen fitting problems.
- Inability to activate or sync content reliably within the app, requiring web use instead.
