Prayer is defined in the language of supplication, but as a convention, it is the worship of God - the Most High - with specific actions and sayings that are opened with takbeer and concluded with salutation, and it is worth noting that the necessity of prayer is one of the things known from the religion necessarily, as it is indicated by the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the consensus of the ummah, as he said God Almighty: (Say to My worshipers who have believed make the prayer).
