## Description

BMW cars are equipped with light control modules that will switch off an output in case of short circuit. The shorted-out output will remain off even if the problem in wiring/lamp is repaired. <br>This app allows you to save money by doing short circuit reset yourself using a simple elm327 Bluetooth adapter (available for sale separately from the app, the price on ebay starts from $3).<br><br> Currently it supports FRM1 (Kline) and FRM3 (can bus) modules.<br><br>Example fault codes found in light control module:<br>9CBB short circuit fault 2<br>9CBC short circuit fault 1<br><br><br>Please note- no Wi-Fi support for ELM327 adapters, Bluetooth only.<br><br>App will ask for location permission, this needs to be done for Bluetooth communication between phone and elm327 dongle.
