Home Inventory Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription auto-renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and renewal is charged within 24 hours prior at the price you selected.
