2024-12-31	Mario Vuong	The picture and sound are great on my phone, Samsung Galaxy. However, sometimes I want to watch without sound, so I turned on Caption, but nothing showed on the screen. I tried couple times and got same problem. Update: it's working fine now with Caption on. Please, ignore my last concern.
2023-12-06	Charles Greene	Good, but has flaws that I had to remove two stars for.. 1. Does not work well with Samsung Dex. On some of my devices that I can connect to a monitor, I can't make the video playing window go full screen (Samsung Note 8) 2. When connected to a usb-c to hdmi cable, only the image goes to the TV.. No sound is transmitted through to the television. Sound only plays through the phones speaker. (Samsung Note 8, Note 9 and Note 10 Plus)
2023-08-11	Ramona Chavez	Daily use app. Nice easy to use app. Will sometimes randomly crash, but that just might be a connection issue. 3/20/18: I haven't been able to watch the live feed in almost a week. I see I'm not the only one having that issue. 8/11/23: Recently there's been a glitch where the broadcast is repeating itself once or twice. But besides that still working. Also, for a short period I was able to picture in picture the app and still use my phone, that function recently stopped working.
2023-02-20	Claudia Pacheco	What happened to this app?? Ii was able yo watch my local news, but it no longer allows me to watch it. KTVU 2 Doe not broadcast SF local news. Also, it used to let us replay the LOCAL news at our available time. Now, we need to be using the app at the time of actual broadcasted news. This app was so helpful before, but updates simply messed up for working people. We can't watch OUR local news when we can, and lately not watch at all especially because SF KTVU2 is not working. Please, FIX THIS!
2023-02-18	Udellorti (Udellorti)	Sometimes it doesn't shut down and continues to use data in the background even though I can't see it running. More importantly, I got rid of cable and I don't have channel 2 on the big screen. Other Bay area channels are available through Pluto and other streaming services, even without cable. Update: no longer streams KTVU live... Only FoxNow.
2022-10-01	Thomas Hansen	Does not rotate to landscape properly...will only go one way so I can't use my phone stand (Android phone). It's not a problem with the phone, YouTube works just fine.
2021-12-04	Cristy Bodnar	I've had this app for years. Yet when I tried to do the latest update it would download but not install. My phone is new. I got it in April. My phone software is up to date. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, rebooted my phone but it doesn't work. Even took it to Verizon and tried to download on WiFi. Nothing works and nothing is wrong with my phone.
2021-06-02	Jon Fierstein (NightshadeInSF)	App crashes over and over after latest version update. This sucks because I have used this app for over a year to keep up with the news in my area. Hope fully they will fix the problem soon before I have to find a new new ap...
2021-02-21	Ramsey Springer	The adds and adds and more ads. You miss alot of info cause not only are there the normal comercial breaks but you have to watch one every time you first turn it on. Then you have the apps commercial break wich plays over the live feed. Ive watch ten min with 9 min of advertising many times. Im sick of it. Boycott app till they fix.
2020-11-16	IrisAnn Nelson	I was hoping to get more current news than the older news on channel 7 but I seem to get three-day-old news on channel 2 also. They may add one or two new things at the top of the list each DAY, but then everything else is OLD news. Also, weather is only for SF, not SAN JOSE area!
