## Description

**Fall of Stalingrad** is a challenging turn-based strategy game set on the Eastern Front during World War II. Command the Axis forces as the Soviet Red Army launches Operation Uranus and attempts to encircle the German 6th Army near Stalingrad.

Hold the collapsing front line, protect vital cities, gather reinforcements, and launch a counterattack to rescue the trapped 6th Army. If liberation fails, fight to survive as long as possible before losing all Victory Points. Historical scenarios, varied gameplay, and intelligent AI create a demanding wargaming experience for strategy enthusiasts.

Key features include a historically based order of battle, smart AI focused on strategic objectives and encirclements, adjustable difficulty, customizable hex sizes and animation speed, and multiple unit and city icon styles. Coordinate supporting units, maintain supply lines, and use tactical encirclements instead of relying on brute force to change the course of the war.
