DVIRLog is a truck DVIR, pre-trip and post-trip inspection log, and maintenance record for owner-operators and small carriers. There is no account and no sign-in: your units, reports, photos and signatures stay on your phone.

• Your units, with photos
Add each tractor, straight truck, pickup or trailer with a photo, and see at a glance which one has an open defect or an annual inspection coming up.

• Daily inspection on one screen
Pre-trip or post-trip, with every item marked OK, Defect or N/A. A progress bar shows what is left, and one tap marks the rest OK once you have checked them.

• The standard DVIR items, plus your own checks
Every report covers the parts and accessories §396.11 lists for the driver vehicle inspection report. Each unit type starts with its own extra checks, such as the fifth wheel and air lines on a tractor or the liftgate on a box truck, and you can add, remove or reorder them per unit.

• Trailer in the same report
Pick a saved trailer or type its number, and it gets its own section in the inspection.

• Defects with photos
Add a note and photos to any defect, record the repair or that none was needed, and record signatures for the repair and the driver review.

• Truck maintenance records and annual inspection
Service records, costs and odometer readings per unit, and the annual inspection with its next due date.

• Reminders
30 and 7 days before an annual inspection, 7 days before a service, and on the day, plus an optional daily DVIR reminder.

• PDF reports
Share a signed PDF of one report, or a date-range binder with photos and signatures.

• Backup and restore
One backup file holds every unit, report, signature and photo. Keep it somewhere off your phone and restore it on a new one.
