IT really struggles to keep the website functioning properly. when IT makes an update to the system the update isn't tested to verify the app still functional for the customers required to utilize the 53 banking app. sad...

Does not display a running balance after each transaction. It only shows a current total which I question if it is correct when I have pending transactions and a running balance would alleviate this problem. That's how a check book works and that is how banking apps should be engineered to work.
