Reviews are predominantly negative, with recurring reports that the app will not load or crashes, and that purchases, sign-ins, and pass transfers fail. Several users also reported broken or unavailable lot kiosks and meters, while some struggled to get support. A few reviewers praised the app for finding convenient event parking, including cheaper or sold-out alternatives, when it worked.

- One reviewer found parking cheaper than a competing ticketing service.

### Cons

- Frequent loading and launch failures: multiple reviewers said the app freezes on the splash screen, shows a blank page, or closes unexpectedly.
- Purchases and account actions can fail: reviewers reported being unable to complete purchases, sign in, or transfer parking passes, sometimes losing money or being unable to use a pass.
- Parking payment alternatives at some lots are unreliable too; multiple reviewers mentioned kiosks or meters with power or paper problems.
- Support and reliability concerns: reviewers reported unresponsive support channels and prolonged app problems without a fix.
