## Review summary

Reviews are mixed. Users appreciate the convenience of mobile mentoring and some like the updated interface, but repeated login failures and browser redirects are the main frustration. Loading issues and a clunky experience also come up more than once.

### Pros

- Several users value the app for keeping in touch with mentors and connections while away from a computer.
- Some users liked the updated format and found the interface neat.

### Cons

- Login problems are the most frequent complaint: users report being unable to sign in, getting stuck, or being redirected to a browser without returning to the app.
- Loading problems recur, including errors and the app failing to load after an update.
- Some users describe the experience as clunky or difficult to use, with poor loading or display quality.
