App can successfully control the drone for some users.
Quick support response for certain issues.
Works well with iOS devices.

Cons

App frequently crashes on multiple devices.
Video feed often does not display or appears as a black screen.
Issues with connecting to the drone and firmware updates.
Multiple users encounter language issues with the app starting in Chinese.
Nonexistent customer support and poor overall experience.

Recent reviews

Crashes on opening. Drone is now 100% ewaste. Can't use the done without the app. Updated app. I can now use the drone again as long as I don't try to live stream to my Youtube channel. Starting a stream crashes the app every time. This company REALLY needs to get thier app act together. I will not recommend this drone to anyone until the app works.

App was updated and then was no longer able to record video. This was then followed by a forced firmware update, couldn't proceed without accepting update. The firmware update has bricked "dory". Red light on bouy for 5 minutes then lights flicker and half beeps, basically goes crazy. Unusable, developer hasn't a clue and no fix has yet been given. Huge waste of money and seriously regret buying it. The motors in yours will seize too, guaranteed!
