2024-04-23	Uc*****	How difficult could it be to maintain an active customer service contact, it clearly goes to show that you care less about your customers, if feedbacks and complaints cannot be given value, directly called your staff incharge of pos issues & repairs to enquire about the status of mine I took there since Feb and she said she's not even suppose to talk to me because she's not a customer representative, I blame myself for not doing proper findings before getting the pos. I'm very much offended.

2023-08-19	Eb*****	❌❌❌This 9psb or whatever is the worst microfinance Bank ever it's always having network issues. Like rn on the terminal i can't do transfer to other banks which is making me loose customers. I wish i got moniepoint and not this big heavy duty🤧
