## Description

Centrix HR is the official employee and manager self-service app for organizations running the Centrix HR system. Sign in with your work credentials, pick your company, and manage your HR day-to-day from your phone or tablet — in English or Arabic (full right-to-left support).<br><br>FOR EMPLOYEES<br>• Attendance — check in and check out, and review your attendance history.<br>• Leave — see your balances, request annual, sick, unpaid and other leave types, attach supporting documents, and track approval status.<br>• Overtime — submit your own overtime requests for approval.<br>• Payslips — view your payslips whenever you need them.<br>• Documents — request HR letters and certificates (e.g. salary certificates) and follow their status.<br>• Resumption — file and track return-from-leave (resumption) requests.<br>• History — a clear record of everything you&#39;ve submitted and its outcome.<br><br>FOR MANAGERS<br>• Review and approve your team&#39;s leave, overtime, document and resumption requests through your organization&#39;s approval chain.<br>• Get notified the moment something needs your attention.<br><br>NOTIFICATIONS<br>• Push notifications keep you up to date — for example when your leave is approved, or when a request is waiting for your approval.<br><br>BUILT FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION<br>• Choose your company at sign-in.<br>• English and Arabic, with full RTL layout.<br>• Secure sign-in; your data stays on your organization&#39;s HR server over encrypted connections.<br><br>Centrix HR requires an account provided by your employer. It is a companion to your organization&#39;s Centrix HR / Odoo HR system.
