Unable to log in consistently or at all, leading to frustration
Poor navigation and usability
Persistent errors when attempting to input CEUs or navigate through the app
Frequent app crashes and technical issues
Customer service response can be slow and unhelpful

Recent reviews

Every time I try to login, I get an "invalid" message. I get the link to reset my password, actually pick a new password, and then go to login and get "invalid" again. This happens EVERY time! So today, after resetting my password twice, I still can't get logged in

This app is poorly managed, difficult to navigate. They appear to be more interested in selling their upgrades, which by the way, are just as bad. Shame on the AOTA and state licensing boards for requiring use of this company.
