2023-11-23	Ga*****	When attempting to take a photo of a mobile deposit check and with permissions enabled, the app closes out of the camera before it fully opens. I suspect this a phone/update/app compatibility issue as this has not happened before. My android Pixel is on its most current update.

2023-11-22	je*****	App will not allow me to deposit a check. I go to take the pictures of the check and it malfunctions and closes with a message that the pcfirst mobile has a bug. And just to update the app when the problem is fixed. Tried that several times now for the last month, still with no change.

2023-08-15	Ma*****	When it works, it's mostly fine. The way it has you log in is really weird. You type in your info then the button is in the top right. That's a little weird but the problem with this app is that it crashes often.

2023-05-19	Lu*****	Firstly it's very secure, and if you have trouble getting in, their over the phone customer service is great. Secondly it's super easy to use. You can control cards remotely transfers are quick and easy. No ads. You can log in with biometrics(do not use face id) I have a twin and when I set up face id on my phone, we tested it and he could get in, face id is not super secure, someone who looks like you could get in. All in all great app 100% recommend, enough said.

2023-05-04	*****	The new app is not user friendly and now allows connected accounts to make unauthorized withdrawals from other members. Fix this!!! An account connected to my checking account should not be able to make withdrawals from it!!! And that account was able to take money. This is a huge security issue!!!

2023-04-15	Je*****	Since format change/upgrade, I have found it much easier to use and navigate. There are still some things I find hard to accomplish, be it user error or app bug, such as scheduling appointments at desired branch, actually "contacting" someone in the Contact US menu, and linking of accounts. I especially like the "Transfer" shortcut and access to statements.

2023-04-12	Ky*****	Love the recent updates. Viewing account transactions by type and having the ability to transfer to and from within the basic account view is very convenient. Much better than the other banking and card apps I've used in the past.

2023-03-30	Ca*****	The 2023 update to the app kind of sucks. The app crashes literally every time I open it, and, I have to open it again. There are frequent errors when I enter my pin to login. Every time I do a transfer it asks if I'm enjoying the app, it gives the option of no or yes.....you can only select yes. If you hit no, nothing happens. Also, it's a banking app....so, unless there's surprise money in my account there's not much to enjoy. It serves it's purpose.

2021-12-17	Tr*****	This app is horrible. At times it won't open up. Also, if you try to deposit cash at the drive through sometimes it kicks your cash back out as it can't read it and you have to redeposit once or twice to accept it.
