2024-12-24	Hamza Taha	Haven't been able to see my virtual card in 15 days. I recharged it with money and yet, I can't use it. It's blocked ans out of reach for me. I tried contacting rhe support but they couldn't do anything. I tried closing my account and getting my money back, but they said you'll have to wait until you get the virtual card back. Basically, the worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution.

2024-10-21	Mahdi Mahdoub	Despite of the wide physical and online presence of this service the fact that they don't take into consideration anything other than id card as a proof of identity and not even a passport is considered not even if you present yourself at an agency holding it in front of the representative which is embarrassing for a service that's been around for many years that didn't hesitate pushing an ad in every Moroccan's face 1 star for the physical availability and 4 missed for being a cave man app

2024-09-16	Tsaino Rides	Service 0 I sent a package from Marrakech to oujda, this is the day Number 13 and it's still did not arrive to the client what the heck is this service, I called 10 different numbers( delivery service- client service- hubs /casa-Marrakech- oujda.... ) nun of them wanted to solve the matter. I don't recommend the service at alll do not send packages with them people.🤬😡🤬😡
