2025-01-24	Ch*****	I absolutely love this app. I have ADHD so too many options, too many places to find editing tools is not good for me. This APP is so easy to use, which makes me really happy! After using it for 4 years I realized I use it so much I ended up paying for a monthly subscription. I foster kittens so when I am posting them on social media it is so nice to have a collage of them and be able to type in their name! absolutely love it! Thank You to whom ever designed this!!
2025-01-06	BG*****	Great app but don't get enticed by the free trial. I did it and could not cancel it. Instead I was canceled for the next years subscription. All sales are final. I cannot dispute it with Piccollage, with google and my bank could not do anything about it. This is not netflix werein free trial and cancelation is easy. Now even if I do not go out much I use the app just to get my $35 worth. Lastly it is not trnsferable. I cannot use ghe VIP in another device with piccollage even if I log in.
2024-12-26	Sh*****	The new update is awful. Every time I open an image, it asks standard or HD. Including the same image. After being asked that question, I'm immediately hit with an ad. The collages I make are now showing up when I'm picking images to collage. Please revert back. This update is unbearable.
2024-12-18	br*****	I've been using this app for years and have never had the issue I'm having now. I'm using a new device and EVERY time I open "layout" section it freezes my screen, crashes the app or erases all progress id done on the collage and takes me back to the viewing screen rather than edit. Please make your app usable. There is no reason a simple but vital part of the app should be malfunctioning. No other part of the app is doing this. Fix now.
2024-12-02	*****	I have used this app for 2 years snd trylt love it but I have two issues I wish were addressed: 1. Trying to keep a straight horizontal alignment is next to impossible when sizing photos. It's too sensitive and jumps around. We need a function to force all photos line up like lines on notebook paper. 2. When trying to line up photos with numbers for a chart, it snaps to a grid instead of allowing exact positioning.
2024-09-22	Je*****	Ever since I started paying for this app it has gone down hill. It's needs a massive bug update. I can't even move photos around or highlight images to change the size without having to click the image in 100 different spot to finally get the image selected all for it to deselect and I have to try again. It acts as if my touch screen on my brand new phone just stopped working all together. It's becoming more of a hassle each and every time. Please fix this issue.

For some years now, I've dealt with it freezing, crashing, not changing font colors, and etc. I opted to use some other apps that work more efficiently. Today, I decided to use it and wanted to use a VIP only template. I was given the option of a free 7 day trial with an annual membership at which I can cancel at anytime. I opted for that in hopes it wouldn't fail me. Low and behold, I was charged in full the very same day that I started the 7 day free trial!! 0⭐️!
2023-04-21	Un*****	Used app several years. Not until late last year/this year, it crashes. Furious about this. hours on different projects. suddenly closes back to "my collages" with my project work gone, back to the first save. android device & app, (are updated,no issue of storage space). Any way a "save" button can be added next to "done" to avoid 3 steps to save & get back to it? Or a timer we can set to auto save every 30 seconds etc? Would rate better if not for constant worry of next crash/loss of work.
2022-10-31	An*****	I have used this app for years and loved it, however recently it became unusable. I can't select a grid or a template to create a collage, without getting the notification "some images couldn't be loaded". Also, all of "My Collages" are missing. I have been using this app consistently for several years and purchased backgrounds & stickers and created dozens if not hundreds of collages, yet they are not showing. I have requested help, but it's been days now and no one has responded.
2022-06-27	Me*****	Great app, I use it all the time. Always updating & adding new features. Essentially bug free. I just wish they would add back up for Android. In response to the reply "We're working on adding back up to Android - Stay tuned!" I've been using it for at least 4-5 years and not yet! I've lost all my creations everytime I get a new phone. Sorry, unacceptable. Think I'll be searching for a new app.
