Observations
Perform site observations by leveraging an extensive library of best practices. Attach photos to your observations. Use voice dictation to capture notes on each item and choose a severity and party observed for complete transparency.
Each safety issue can be assigned to multiple internal and external workers through the mobile app. Each worker receives push notifications and provides notes and photos of the issue for real-time collaboration to quickly close open risk issues. Each observation can also be signed in the field for accountability.
Mobile Forms
Convert your paper based forms to mobile forms. The platform comes with templates for Job Hazard Analysis, Daily Reports, Accident Reports, Accident Investigations, Utility Hits, Incident Reports, New Hire Orientations and more. Each template is configurable for each company to only provide the information required for them from the field.
There is also a mobile form creator which provides a way for each company to eliminate all paper reports and have them actionable on their mobile devices.
All mobile forms can be converted into QR codes which can be posted around each facility. Anyone (contractors, vendors) with a smartphone can click on the QR codes and fill out the forms and a copy goes to the company as well as the external partner.
Online File Cabinet
An online file cabinet allows companies to eliminate the need for the 3 ringed binders. Companies create a folder structure for each facility. These can include Safety Data Sheets, Insurance Certificates, Facility Plans, Equipment Manuals, etc and then view those files from any mobile device.
Safety Meetings
Choose from over 75 Safety meeting topics and capture signatures from all participants- even take a picture of your team performing the talk. Email the toolbox talk (with your company logo) to third parties immediately.
Companies can also create their own safety meeting topics from the safety meeting creator.
Learning Management System
Companies can create their own training programs with video files, pdf documents and powerpoint presentations. The platform also allows companies to create their own quizzes and generates an answer key.
Training is assigned to employees and they receive an email notification with a direct link to the training.
The platform also allows companies to track all external training with expiration dates.
