## Review summary

Reviewers praise Fantuan for a broad restaurant selection and strong deals, with many coupons and a generally useful app. However, recurring issues across reviews include unclear, hidden charges and automatic subscriptions; refunds routed to wallet rather than bank; last-minute or unclear fees; and a cluttered, banner-heavy UI that makes fees and coupons hard to see. These concerns contrast with positive notes on food quality and delivery, highlighting a need for pricing transparency and UI cleanup.

### Pros

- Extensive restaurant selection including unique options not available on other apps
- Frequent discounts, coupons, and VIP offers (new-account coupons, daily discounts, free VIP)
- Generally good food quality and reliable delivery service with friendly drivers
- Feature-rich and useful app with multiple options and tools

### Cons

- Hidden/opaque charges and automatic/unwanted memberships (e.g., auto VIP sign-up, last-minute fees)
- Refunds and billing transparency issues (refunds going to in-app wallet, unclear process, potential misapplied coupons)
- Cluttered UI with banners/ads and difficulty seeing delivery fees before checkout; confusing coupon configuration
- High service fees
