It takes the running of a job out of the notebook, the group chat and the camera roll, and puts it in one system the whole site can see.

WHAT IT DOES

Action items - raise a job, assign it to a trade, a level and a zone, set a due date, and mark it off when it's done. Select multiple levels or trades when one item spans more than one.

Defects and photos - photograph the problem on the spot. Pinch-zoom and pan on any image, mark it up, and the detail stays readable.

Site drawings - sketch a detail on the spot, freehand or with straight lines that snap to horizontal, vertical and 45 degrees, and file it in a project folder.

General notes - keep site notes separate from the action list, sorted by your own note types.

Project references - drawings, PDFs, specs and site documents in shared folders every member of the project can open.

Filter and sort - by trade, level, zone, person, importance or days open. Your filters stay put when you open an item and come back.

Send a list - share a filtered, sorted list out of the app for a subcontractor, a client or the site meeting.

Works offline - changes you make with no signal queue up and sync as soon as you are back online.

FOR MANAGERS

Managers see every person's items with their initials against each one, manage the project's trades, levels and custom filters, add and remove people, and send or print any foreman's list.

HOW ACCESS WORKS

Create your own account on the login screen. Your manager then adds you to the project - until they do, your project list will be empty. Everything you add belongs to the project, so the site record stays intact as people come and go.
