## Description

The BuildingLink Resident App is a comprehensive management platform designed specifically for residents of BuildingLink-subscribed properties. Newly redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up, it offers a variety of essential features such as tracking packages, receiving push notifications for deliveries, submitting amenity reservations and repair requests, and viewing your account balance.

Users can conveniently pay rent, request visitor entry, stay updated with upcoming building events and announcements, post marketplace ads, and send instructions directly to the front desk. Additional functionalities include accessing vendor service forms, receiving local offers and discounts, viewing lists of nearby businesses, requesting valet services, and displaying your Resident ID. This app streamlines property management and enhances resident experience in a mobile-friendly format. Note: This app is intended solely for residents; building staff should use the GEO Staff App by BuildingLink.
