Bapuji Seva Kendra, launched by the RDPR department of the Government of Karnataka on 1st July 2016, is a pioneering initiative providing citizens convenient access to services from multiple departments including RDPR and Revenue. Originally set up across all Grama Panchayats in Karnataka, these centers facilitate a streamlined service delivery model at the grassroots level.

In October 2020, services expanded online through the Bapuji Seva Kendra web portal, enhancing user experience by enabling citizens to access government services digitally. Complementing this digital shift, the RDPR department also introduced the BSK Mobile Application, empowering users to avail these essential services via their mobile devices for added convenience and accessibility.

The app doesn't always work

Third Class App. Most of such Apps are developed by people with less brain, and at times by brainless people. User Profile cannot be completed in this App as the keypad does not open for the fields of Phone No. & E-mail. How can one expect anything else to work, let alone work properly? They just publish the App on Play Store without basic testing. Being an App of Govt. of Karnataka, this is an insult to Bengaluru, the silicon city.
