2025-01-14	Ch*****	App works but it's very slow to load on first opening. Also, there is no way to save favorites and this would be SUPER HELPFUL. Please add the ability to make or have a favorites section to have a set of brands to easily access.

2025-01-04	Da*****	this app is a scam. I followed the rules exactly and took a photo of my receipt and they denied my claim. it's false advertising. do not download this app and do not trust any rebate you see in a store. also their help emails are completely unresponsive.

Was told wasn't a complete receipt, violated terms, one said it was fraud, will not pay and customer service is non existent. Emailed 3 times over the last 2 months and never had a reply back

2024-12-08	Qu*****	Hands down the BEST rebate app for alcohol. My only complaint is that they do not accept digital receipts. I do a lot of pick up orders through Walmart and unfortunately to get a rebate I have to go in the store and make a purchase to get a physical receipt in order to upload.

I've been waiting months for my rebates back and they just keep saying please show receipts.I don't have receipts from months ago. and then the receipt I did show which was about a month ago they just keep saying it's coming it's coming but yet my money is not coming.

2024-08-03	*****	It's a scam. We have friends who come over on a constant basis. We are not a group or a organization or a gang. We heard about this rebate app and decided to take all of our receipt money and build it up for 'something'. The 48 hour thing is a joke, it took weeks. It was 4th of July, so we figured that was delay. I myself have 3 cards I use. I'm married and my wife also uses multiple cards. I say my friends probably do so as well. I read the terms and couldn't find anything about multiple card

2024-07-28	Pa*****	I haven't been able to upload receipts in a while. I've only used this app couple of times before this happened. I can sign into my account but get a message that my account is disabled. I've tried to reach out to support 4 times and have never received a response. Also, I had some $$ in my account and can not retrieve that either. I DO NOT recommend this app, especially when support ignores their support emails.

2024-07-10	R *****	Submitted a rebate after a week I emailed them two times. After 10 days they deleted my submission. I never received my rebate. This app has no credibility, it used to be a good app.

2024-06-24	Ef*****	Edit: Changed to 4 stars because my issue was resolved. It took a whopping 2 hours to get the whole thing resolved after reaching out to Swiftly directly. Hopefully, someone fixes the error, and this is resolved soon. * They constantly wait for the offer to expire before they "check" if it is valid. I have had 2 in pending status for over 1 week, and the last one sat in pending for 3 weeks. The day after I asked about the status on that one, they deleted it on their end. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!
