Your brain is plastic, or can be influenced. And that's good news! It means that you can still change your brain. Brains have the ability to create new connections between brain cells. This allows the brain to reorganize itself, every day. We use this with neurofeedback. With targeted exercises we stimulate the brain in the places where it currently shows abnormalities. For example, we can solve concentration problems, improve sleep quality, reduce depression and bring more peace to the brain.

Neurofeedback
You can do neurofeedback at our location or at home on the couch. You will receive a brain band and BrainCare app from us with which you can train anywhere in the world. The app is set based on your brain measurement. You will also receive a training schedule. In most cases this consists of twenty-four to thirty training sessions. We have weekly contact to monitor your progress.
