I would like to have an additional layer of security, such as sending a verification code to my phone.

Got a new phone (Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5) and now it won't let me login. Says it can't verify my credentials. I can login fine on my tablet but I don't carry that with me every where. I know my username and password are correctly entered what more do I have to do? It's says to "contact us if you have problems" do I go to the bank? Who do I contact and how?
