Healthy Catch is a simple and dynamic game that tests reaction and attention, where the player must quickly identify healthy foods and avoid unhealthy ones. Various foods appear on the screen, and the player's task is to make the right decision by swiping.

In Healthy Catch, controls are based on two simple actions. If a healthy food appears on the screen, swipe right to select it. If unhealthy food or fast food appears, swipe left to skip it.

With each new food item, the player must quickly analyze which category it belongs to. Making the correct choice allows the player to continue the game and score points, while also testing their attentiveness and reaction speed.

However, an error immediately ends the game. If the player accidentally selects fast food as healthy, the round ends. Therefore, it is important to pay close attention to the items appearing and make decisions quickly and accurately.

Healthy Catch combines simple controls with a fast-paced gameplay. The game gradually increases your reaction speed and helps develop your attention span, turning each round into a mini-reflex test.
