I had a very disappointing experience with Bonkers Corner. First, the shipment was significantly delayed without any updates or communication. I had to repeatedly follow up with their customer service, which was unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, their return and exchange policy is incredibly inconvenient. When I tried to exchange a product due to incorrect sizing, the process was unnecessarily complicated and took far too long.

Worst Experience - Don’t Ever Buy from Them! The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If you want to return a product, forget about getting your money back—they’ll force you to shop more by refunding only in a gift card on their app. And if you want to exchange, they’ll charge extra, calling it a “nominal fee.” Their customer service is a joke. They ignore emails and drag things out until the return deadline passes. This company is unprofessional, greedy, and a nightmare to deal with.
