If users with STICKu mobile software are willing to help, they only need to open the program, and the software will automatically locate and find out if the lost user is nearby. If the lost elder happens to be nearby, volunteers can help find the elder who is using the "U-Stick" nearby and help to contact us to ensure the safety of the elder.
