BNCA App is a dedicated audit management and workforce tracking application built exclusively for BNCA. It streamlines audit assignments, attendance monitoring, form submissions, and team management — all from a single mobile platform.

Audit Assignment Management
Administrators can create and assign audit tasks to team members with specific client locations, dates, and time slots. Users view their daily assignments on the home screen and can track assignment progress in real time.

Check-In & Check-Out
Auditors check in and check out of assigned audit sites directly from the app. Each check-in and check-out captures the user's GPS coordinates and address, providing verified proof of presence at the designated location.

Background Location Tracking
Once checked in, the app periodically records the auditor's location in the background (every 15 minutes) until check-out, ensuring continuous accountability throughout the audit visit.

Multi-Step Audit Forms
After checking in, auditors can fill out customizable multi-step audit forms associated with their assignments. Forms support various field types including text, numbers, dates, times, and images. Completed forms can be exported to Excel and shared via email.

Attendance Tracking
View personal attendance history on a calendar-based interface. Each day shows a detailed timeline of check-ins, check-outs, and location updates with addresses. Administrators can view and export attendance records for all team members.

Leave Management
Users can apply for leave by selecting start and end dates with a reason. Administrators review and manage all leave requests from a centralized screen.

Client & Location Management
Administrators can manage client profiles and their associated office locations, including address details and geo-coordinates, to organize audit assignments effectively.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Create custom roles with granular permissions — control who can create, edit, or view users, clients, assignments, forms, and more. Each team member sees only the features they are authorized to access.

User Management
Add and manage team members with profile details, designated roles, and permissions. Users log in with their Employee ID and password, with "Remember Me" and password reset options available.

Real-Time Notifications
Receive push notifications for new audit assignments and important updates, keeping the entire team informed and responsive.

Excel Export & Reporting
Export audit forms and attendance records to Excel format for reporting and analysis. Bulk export options allow data extraction for specific date ranges.

Alert Management
Configure email alert recipients to ensure key stakeholders are notified of important audit activities automatically.
