1/10 STARS Downloaded videos from the Dashcam Memory card on to the ACE 2.0 App. Now, I can view the videos "only via the ACE 2.0 app". Unable to download to my smartphone's or laptop's internal memory. Been trying to get advice via the App's email assistance team. But to date, I've been receiving one line responses, eg: Use the Icon to download, or theoretical possibilities of drag and drop.

Woeful. There's no reason it can't be integrated into the MyBMW app/account and saved to the cloud. It only works with the car running, reatart phone first, no other apps on, Bluetooth off, away from home WiFi... very temperamental for what should be a simple view. People hook doorbells up to their phones FGS, so this should be easy. I love the cam concept, hate the app experience.
