## Description

Bluetooth Priority lets you designate one Bluetooth device as your Priority device. When a competing Bluetooth device connects and tries to steal your audio, the app detects it and immediately reasserts your Priority device. Some competing devices may try to assert themselves multiple times in a row — the app handles each attempt.<br><br>Android Auto limitation: If you use Android Auto (wired or wireless), Android grants it full control over media audio at the system level — this is Android&#39;s own design, not a bug in the app. Bluetooth Priority cannot override Android Auto&#39;s media audio session. Phone calls, however, are routed through the Bluetooth stack and the app will successfully keep those on your Priority device even when Android Auto is active.<br><br>This app requires Shizuku. Shizuku is a free app (available on Google Play) that grants Bluetooth Priority the system-level access it needs to manage audio routing. Without Shizuku running, the app cannot function. Setup requires a Wi-Fi connection for Shizuku to start running if it&#39;s not already — see the in-app setup instructions for details.<br><br>Features:<br><br>- Set a priority Bluetooth device that always wins the audio connection<br>- Block specific competing devices from interrupting (A2DP, HFP, or both)<br>- Allow-list exceptions for devices that should always be permitted<br>- Redirect-only mode to reroute audio without fully blocking competitor connections<br>- Persistent background service with battery optimization support<br>- Event log shows all signal events both blocked and reasserted<br>- No ads, no accounts, no data collection<br><br>Who is this for?<br><br>Anyone with multiple Bluetooth devices where one keeps stealing audio from another — most commonly a car stereo or smartwatch pulling audio away from earbuds when it connects. Not recommended as a primary solution if Android Auto is always active.
