I had to spend several minutes inputting all the ride details (addresses, date, time, etc.), only to receive a message saying the service is unavailable in this region. I tried it in several countries with the same result. Do you operate in ANY region on Earth? Why not list them upfront and save people from wasting their time?

2024-12-22	Ja*****	After trying Blacklane three times, I have to ask—why? The service itself isn’t bad, but the price-to-performance ratio is disappointing. Paying 3–4 times the price of Uber Black for a ride that’s only marginally more luxurious doesn’t make sense. If the pricing were more competitive, it might be worth considering, but as it stands, the value just isn’t there.

2024-10-23	St*****	The service worked until it didn't. I reserved our transfers between FCO and our hotel at each end of our Italian vacation. I reserved both rides months in advance. The ride from FCO to the hotel went off without a hitch. Blacklane canceled our return ride to the airport one hour prior to the pick up time. Fortunately, I was able to find a taxi that could carry four plus luggage. Customer service could not offer a solution other than an apology. I will never use Blacklane again, unreliable.
2024-09-06	Al*****	EDITED: originally had given a 1 star rating due to a driver no show. Credit to the support team at blacklane though for the very responsive support in handing the issue. Looking forward to the next ride.
2024-07-24	Mi*****	Updated to one star. As there was no real resolution to the below. There is little focus in the app on security from understanding who your driver is or even seeing a full size picture of your driver...... Not sure what's happened recently but my last two rides the app showed me one person yet so one else picked me up. Very concerning. When I emailed them they had nothing to say about it.
2024-06-26	Ne*****	Great drivers... always very kind and accommodating. They are my go-to service. I'll spend the extra money for quality and knowing what I'll get versus the question mark with Uber or Lyft.
2024-06-24	Er*****	1st time using the app. Very pleased. I had multiple delays and flight changes. App made it very simple to update flight information, giving me peace of mind, the driver would be waiting.
