The stores are ridiculously understaffed, delivery man phoned twice because he was waiting for so long, can't cancel an order through the app. When it finally arrived, it was missing items. Next time I'm ordering The Big B through Bolt.

No face unlock. Doesn't support Torres Vedras, Portugal. Spams you with unsolicited notifications. "Delivery unavailable" on Uber Eats when Uber Eats has deals going on for them (what a convenient coincidence).
