I wrote to Bitcoin 'customer support' telling them to delete my details & my account & never ring me again. My account is now deleted but they continue to harrass me everyday. Every time they call, I block the no. & they call again from a different no. So far they have called me over 200 no's. No legit company does business like this... |

| 2021-11-30 |  | | Do not get this app. I invested some money to test the app. I made a request for a withdrawal 1 week ago and the request is still pending. Nobody contacted me since but before that they were calling me few times per day and didn't like when I couldnt answer. When I contacted them, they said I was not a priority since I invested money and requested a withdrawal few days after. Once you downloaded the app, someone is contacting you to bring you on another website named sagatrade. |

| 2021-03-04 |  | | Fraudulent, by mistake I used the wrong app, they kept calling to ask me to invest more money and then when I realized I had used the wrong company I requested to withdraw my funds, 3 times I asked and nothing was done then suddenly my balance dropped very quickly, it had not moved for 3 months and then suddenly nothing. They confuse you with using different trading names. Luckily I had only invested a small amount. |

Funds no longer show on the app as balance is £0, however I have not had a refund to my card. They have stolen my money. It's been 1 months since withdrawal attempt. I don't know how this app is even allowed on this platform. Shame on all. |
