## Description

Split Apps (Dual Screen Apps) lets you create home screen shortcuts that open your favorite pair of apps side by side in split-screen mode. Choose two apps, create a shortcut in just two simple steps, and tap it to launch both apps together without selecting them each time. It is designed to make everyday multitasking easier on supported Android devices.

Split-screen support depends on your Android version, device manufacturer, and the apps you choose, so some shortcuts may not work on every device. The app uses the Accessibility Service API only to trigger the system split-screen action (GLOBAL_ACTION_TOGGLE_SPLIT_SCREEN). According to the developer, it does not collect, read, store, or transmit personal data or screen content. Feedback and support are available at yogi.306@gmail.com.

## Review summary

Users are divided on Split Apps. Some find it simple and useful for running two apps side by side or for one-handed use, and say it works well on their devices. Many others report frequent problems: crashes, freezes, and unresponsive phones that sometimes need restarts to recover. Split screen often fails and opens apps full screen instead, and some users cannot create shortcuts. Several reviewers say the app is unreliable and not worth using.
