Risk stratification is the basis for prognostic assessment and therapeutic guidance in Pulmonary Hypertension.<br><br>The &quot;Risk in PH&quot; app facilitates the use of risk stratification strategies for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, according to scientific publications:<br><br>- French Pulmonary Hypertension Registry (FPHN);<br>- Prospective registry of newly initiated therapies for pulmonary hypertension (COMPERA 2.0);<br>- Registry to assess the risk of early and long-term management in PAH (REVEAL 2.0 and REVEAL Lite 2);<br>- ESC/ERS 2022 guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension.<br><br>The responsibility for determining the therapeutic approach for each patient lies with the physician and their team. The app only facilitates the use of risk assessment strategies.
