BarOS is the back office for a craft beer bar. Kegs, stock, staff, bookings and<br>the numbers, on your phone.<br><br>The till is a separate app, BarOS POS. This one is everything behind it.<br><br>It started with one question: which taps actually earn their place? Once you can see utilisation per tap, it turns out the same data can run the rest of the bar. So now it does.<br><br>TAPS AND KEGS<br>What&#39;s on, what&#39;s left, and how fast it pours. Utilisation per tap and per beer,<br>so you know which lines earn their space and which ones just sit there. Line<br>cleaning schedules that tell you when a line is due.<br><br>STOCK, PRODUCTS AND INVOICES<br>Photograph a supplier invoice and it reads the lines, matches them to your<br>products and updates stock. Cost per beer stays current, so your margins are real numbers instead of a guess. Pricing rules and suggestions on top.<br><br>SALES AND REPORTS<br>Live sales, open bills, waste, product performance and profitability. The numbers you actually look at on a Monday morning.<br><br>STAFF<br>Rotas and shift swaps, time tracking, opening and closing checklists, and<br>messages to the team.<br><br>BOOKINGS, MEMBERS AND GIFT CARDS<br>Take table bookings from your own page.
